What Matters Most to Patients.
We asked patients across participating Breathe Free locations how treatment really felt — not just how it went. Their answers point to three things: relief, being heard, and trust.
The Breathe Free Outcomes & Experience Report
The Breathe Free Outcomes & Experience Report shares what patients told us in post-treatment surveys after receiving care at participating Breathe Free locations nationwide. These are their words, gathered at scale.
While every patient's experience is different, one theme emerged consistently across geography, providers, and treatment types: patients valued symptom relief, feeling heard by their care team, and confidence in the care they received. Not procedures. Not technology. Not features — the fundamentals of the patient experience.
We're publishing this as the first of what we intend to make an annual conversation with the people we serve — a way of holding ourselves accountable to what patients say matters most.
