Steve Soe is a seasoned healthcare compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-wide compliance programs across the healthcare continuum. His expertise spans medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, reference laboratories, and multi-site provider organizations—each with its own regulatory complexities and cultural dynamics.
Throughout his career, Steve has built and adapted compliance frameworks grounded in regulatory standards and ethical principles, aligning them with the unique values, risk profiles, and operational realities of every organization he’s served. He believes effective compliance isn’t a standalone function, but a core part of organizational culture—requiring collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability to make ethics a daily practice.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He further advanced his training through healthcare compliance certification programs at Seton Hall Law School and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and holds the Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) designation from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI).
Based in Frisco, Texas, Steve enjoys traveling, volunteering at his local church, and supporting his son’s collegiate golf career.
