Aaron Rink is a seasoned professional with a rich background in private equity and a unique ability to identify growth opportunities and implement best practices. Before joining Breathe Free, Aaron worked in the private equity sector, where he collaborated closely with financial analytics teams to assess and acquire top-tier assets across the Southwest, all while leading his team to consistent success.
In 2021, Aaron began his journey in ENT services, introduced to Breathe Free by close friends Matt Ghanem and Taylor Borane. He embarked on his first venture with the organization by establishing Breathe Free’s inaugural clinic in California alongside Dr. Meir Hershcovitch. Their efforts led to a thriving practice in Burbank, which paved the way for more clinics to join the region.
Following the success in Burbank, Aaron was appointed to open Breathe Free’s second location in Connecticut. His strategic leadership helped grow this new clinic, broadening Breathe Free's impact on patient care throughout the state. Aaron finds his greatest reward in delivering outstanding patient care and results in collaboration with the dedicated providers and medical staff at Breathe Free clinics nationwide.
Aaron completed his education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he played football for two seasons. His passion for the game continues as he coaches youth football, guiding young athletes and fostering their personal growth. Aaron currently resides in Burbank, CA, where he enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and colleagues at social events.
